The problem

On a public venue, your wallet is your track record.

Win a few trades and copy-trading bots follow the address: they mirror every entry, crowd your exits and front-run your size. Make a new wallet and they find it through the funding. Privacy is the edge, and the venues don't give it.

How it works

Three steps, and nothing links them.

  1. 01

    Deposit shielded ZEC

Send from Zodl or any shielded wallet. It lands in a private balance that lives only in this browser, usable at once.

  2. 02

    Trade from a brand-new wallet

Each position gets its own wallet, funded through NEAR Intents at a standard size, at a random moment. One wallet, one trade.

  3. 03

    Come home shielded

Close out and the money swaps back to ZEC, into a fresh shielded address. It rests a few hours, then it's yours to use again.

Venues

One private balance. Every market.

Zcash-funded wallets serve supported prediction and perp venues. Robinhood uses a separately funded EVM wallet and ETH for gas.

Private by construction

Nobody in the middle sees both ends.

  1. 1Your browsersees everything, encrypted on this device
  2. 2Umbra Trade relaysees your IP, never what you ask
  3. 3Umbra Trade gatewaysees what is asked, never who

Questions

Who holds my money?

You do. Your 24 words and every private wallet's key live only in this browser, encrypted. Umbra Trade runs no account and holds no funds.

What can Umbra Trade see?

Nothing it can tie together. The relay sees your IP but not your requests; the gateway sees requests but not who sent them, and writes no logs of its own.

What stays public?

Each wallet's own trades on its venue, one hop in and one out at a standard size, and NEAR's record of each swap. None of it names you or links your wallets.

What does it cost?

Umbra Trade takes no fee. You pay the venue's own fees and NEAR Intents' 0.2% and spread on each swap, shown before you fund.

How fast is a new wallet?

About 8 minutes from the moment it starts. Turn on Keep one ready and a funded wallet is always waiting.
